The Center for Neighborhood Development (CND) is a non-profit corporation whose mission is to build the capacity of neighborhood organizations to affect positive change in their communities. CND offers a full range of services to help neighborhoods, local government, and other public and private stakeholders improve their planning and implementation of programs and projects.
