Brown Bag Ordinance Enforcement

C.O.I.N. was an initiator and persistent advocate for a new enforceable ordinance to help curb after-hours and underage drinking. C.O.I.N., through its representation of neighborhoods, was a participant in the development of the Brown Bag Ordinance from the first draft to the enactment through Knoxville City Council.
