C.O.I.N. is an effective platform for neighborhood issues and concerns.  C.O.I.N. is open to all neighborhood organizations who are at least one year old and have formally adopted a set of by-laws.  Membership dues are $50.00 the first year and $25.00 for each subsequent year.

Your organizations's membership in C.O.I.N. strengthens our voice in all issues affecting the vitality of our neighborhoods and is key in building strong communities.  Through our combined efforts, we can improve the quality of life for all our residents.
